If you wish to study in Singapore, you would require a Student’s Pass. You must be 19 years old and below at the time of application and accepted into an approved full-time course in Singapore to apply for Student’s Pass. Part-time courses and courses conducted in the evening or on weekends are not eligible.

Application and Processing time
All Student’s Pass applications are to be submitted through the website of the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority. The processing time is generally between 2 to 4 months for cases in which interviews are required.
Documents required for the Interview
Applicants attending an interview when called upon to do so, please bring the following documents:
Original copy, notarised copy and photocopy of the notarized copy of the applicant’s:
Birth certificate;
Highest educational level certificate;
Highest educational level academic results;
Financial/bank statements;
Student's Pass Collection
If your application is successful, ICA will issue you an In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter. Your Student’s Pass will only be issued if you meet all the requirements stipulated in the letter.
You must be in Singapore on a valid immigration pass to collect your Student’s Pass. If you require a visa to enter Singapore for this purpose, the visa will be included in your In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter. You may enter Singapore by producing the IPA letter at the immigration checkpoint, where you will be granted a Visit Pass.
